Meet Sienna Borrelli, Registered Dietitian

1. What are some topics you are most passionate about in your work?

S: I am most enthusiastic about working with individuals to improve their relationship with food and supporting them in finding the most sustainable & enjoyable version of nutrition for them.

2. What is one thing people can do right now to improve their diet and nutrition?

S: Mix it up! Include a wide variety of minimally processed foods in your diet as often as you can.

3. What is something that you think is important, but most people tend to overlook?

S: Many people think that eating well means having to completely change their diet and eliminate the foods they love. All foods fit, it’s important for us to eat foods that make us feel good, both emotionally and physically. Consider starting with small, sustainable changes when thinking about your personal health goals. Over time, these can lead to long-term improvements in our overall health and well-being.

4. What is your favourite thing to do in the bow valley?

S: Adventuring with my dog over the summer months, and days spent on the hill in the winter!
