Bow Valley PCN is part of your public healthcare system. Our team of clinicians includes an active living consultant, lactation consultant, mental health clinician, nurses, pharmacist, registered dietitian, and social worker, who teach health education classes and are available for 1:1 consultations for adults 18+. See below for more information about each of our clinicians.
All services provided by our clinicians are free of charge and do not require a doctor referral. Language interpretation available upon request.

Our Active Living Consultant can help you to increase and sustain an active lifestyle. With specialties in pain management, stretching, posture, pelvic floor, and more.

The community social worker can offer help with: housing and transportation support, financial / income support, disability support, food security, older adults and caregiver support, other social factors and community resources

Our Registered Dietitian uses up to date information to support your efforts in promoting a healthy lifestyle, whether your goal is to manage a chronic condition or to prevent disease.

Our Lactation Consultant provides education and practical support on breastfeeding to parents before and after their babies are born.

The Mental Health Clinician helps support your mental wellbeing, by helping you use your knowledge about yourself to understand how thoughts and emotions impact your health.

Our Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides primary health care services similar to a family doctor.

Our Pharmacist offers advice and education, helping you understand your health and your medications.
