Kiley willl help you to create a realistic and safe active-living program; answer questions and customize your routine based on your health conditions or past injuries to get you moving safely!
Mental Health Clinician, Kate Rive, who we are excited to welcome as our NEW Mental Health Clinician, her practice is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive; grounded in attachment, mindfulness, and systems theory. Kate can meet with adults 18+ to improve overall emotional and mental well-being; adjust to family or lifestyle changes and transitions; cope with stress, anxiety and depression; and to support healthy relationships and lifestyle habits. Pharmacist, Jolene Gunn, who brings passion, years of experience and provides education on topics such as sleep, neuorplasticity and pain management. Jolene will review your medications and medical concerns with a goal of finding ways to optimize your health. From specific dosage questions, side effects, new treatment advice, or if you are looking to reduce the number of medications you take Jolene is a great care provider to have on your health care team.
Registered Dietitian, Zarifa Monson, brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for improving people’s lives through informed diet and nutrition. Zarifa will meet with you to review your current habits, answer questions, and provide tips to support you in improving your nutrition journey for a healthier mind, body and soul!
