Bow Valley Pharmacies:
Over 1,300 Alberta-based pharmacies are providing COVID-19 immunization with either Moderna or Pfizer vaccines. AstraZeneca vaccine is not being offered for first doses at this time due to limited supply.

COVID-19 Testing in the Bow Valley
Alberta Health Services Testing Sites
Bow Valley residents with access to personal transportation should visit ahs.ca to complete an online COVID-19 screening questionnaire. If eligible for testing, then the patient will be advanced to an online schedule to book an appointment.

If you have a family physician, it is critical that you enter their name at the time of scheduling your appointment. This will facilitate communication of test results to your family doctor.
Patients without current Alberta Healthcare coverage can call 811 for assistance.
Please cancel previous appointments if you have been able to arrange your COVID test elsewhere.

Receiving your COVID test results:
Test results can now be sent via text and to the patient’s MyHealth record online. At the time of testing, patients should select their preferred notification option. For more information or to register for MyHealth, click r20.rs6.net
Patients who test positive for COVID-19 are encouraged to reach out to their family physician. Patients should note that calls from physicians/clinics may come in an unknown number or ‘no caller ID’. Patients are encouraged to answer these calls.
