Interdisciplinary Health Team
The Bow Valley PCN Interdisciplinary Health Team includes: mental health clinicians, a registered dietitian, an active living consultant and a social worker. The PCN health team facilitates various health management classes, and provides support through one-on-one consultations for adults 18+.
- In-person appointments are available in Canmore or Banff at the PCN office, along with virtual appointment options.
- Language interpretation is available upon request.
- All services provided by the PCN health team are free of charge. Patients can be referred by their primary care provider, allied health team, or by self-referral.
